The Education Assistant will provide critical support to students and educators by actively assisting with student communication, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns. This position will play a key role in curriculum development, assisting in the creation and organization of educational materials, and coordinating with instructors to ensure seamless delivery of curriculum. The Education Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, providing administrative support, and utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist in resolving student issues effectively. This position will also manage logistics and communications for educational outreach programming.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in student support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, instructors, and other staff members.
  • The Education Assistant should have excellent organizational skills to assist with maintaining student records and managing administrative tasks.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively are important.
